HOURS OF OPERATION
We accept phone orders Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am.
to 9:00 pm. Sunday from 2:00pm. to 9:00pm. CST.
TAXES
Any order delivered in Oklahoma will be subject to the Oklahoma State sales tax at the rate of 8.517%. Any order to be shipped outside of Oklahoma will not be charged sales tax.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value in the event that there is a shortage of any product.
SALES
All Sales are Finial.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Cash and Checks. There will be a $30.00 fee on any returned check.
GUARANTEE
At Gift Basket Expressions we pride ourselves on quality and customer service. We guarantee to make every effort to provide your gift in a timely manner. When an order is received it typically takes 24 hours to complete. Please let us know when you check out if there is a specific time of arrival for your gift. All of our gift baskets are wrapped in tulle with a beautiful bow to match.
DELIVERY FEE
Local delivery fees are not included in the listed price of the gift basket. Local delivery is offered in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas.
Our delivery fee is $10.00 for Tulsa and some surrounding areas, any delivery over 15 to 20 miles one way will be $12.00 any delivery over 20 miles will range from $12.00-$20.00. Deliveries to Claremore and surrounding areas are $28.00 and up.
Delivery is available on Sundays and national holidays. For a delivery fee of $15.00. Deliveries to the Tulsa airport are not available.
When requesting delivery to a business, please include the business name. We will require all other necessary information for locating your gift recipient, such as, complex or building number or name, suite or room number, and a telephone number. You can list this information under special instructions.

SHIPPING FEE
We ship all of our gift baskets FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.We will receive a charge on your credit card for the Gift Basket price and the there will be a 2nd charge for the shipping cost. You will be charged what Fed Ex charges us to ship your gift basket. Note some gift baskets require a large box for it to fit, and there are times FedEx charges extra for the oversize. Shipping Cost can range anywhere from $13.00-$28.00 and up. If you have any questions please call us. (918)258-4438
Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days unless you request otherwise. Do not include the day it is shipped. Orders received by 11:00 AM CST will usually be shipped the same day. Most orders placed after 11:00 AM will normally be shipped the next business day. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours from date of order. If there is any problem and we can't ship your order within 48 hours, we will contact you immediately.
Any order placed online over a weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Multiple orders, require more lead time, depending on the size of the order. We will contact you by email or phone concerning any shipping delays.
Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other parts of North America will incur additional charges. We do not ship outside of North America.
Overnight Express Shipping is available on orders placed before 10:00 A.M. CST. Please call (918)258-4438 to make arrangements.
If a package is sent to a wrong address due to customer's shipping information error you will be receive an additional charge to reship.
